WHY US?

I bring over 21 years of experience in business management, leadership coaching, and training design, paired with a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. Let me be very clear -- my life and career began from humble beginnings. I learned firsthand the challenges of navigating complex environments and overcoming obstacles, which only nourished my appreciation for things that don't come easy.

Ultimately, I'm fueled by my passion for public service, driven by a deep commitment to real human growth and potential (and not just saying it).  Raised in an environment where service and dedication were core values, I have naturally developed the ability to see actionable strategies that lead to sustainable progress no matter what level of business or industry I'm in.

 

I’ve had the opportunity to work in a diverse range of professional environments, from start-ups to high-profile clients, including: 

• IIABA

• Discovery Health,

• FedEx

• local and state educational programs, and

• the U.S. political arena.
   

Along the way, I've been equipped with invaluable skills and insights, including but never limited to: analysis and reporting, streamlining workflows, developing online automation systems to boost productivity and responsiveness, design thinking, applied psychology for individuals and teams, long- and short-term planning, fiscal and resource management, project management, AV and IT systems, training design and delivery, and customer service.  Sounds like too much?  It isn't. ​

 

​I have a B.A. in Education and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership but I'm not here to pretend that other people don't have similar credentials.  I'm here to say that I'm not other people. In fact, many others do the same.  I support them and look forward to recruiting them to be part of my team one day.
